BME 60100 Principles of Biomedical Engineering I
BME 60200 Principles of Biomedical Engineering II BME 602 is the second of two 3 credit graduate level courses introducing a variety of elementary principles in biomedical engineering. While BME 601 is not a prerequisite for BME 602 students new to biomedical engineering should consult with either instructor.
BME 69500 Advanced Biomolecular Engineering This 3-credit advanced BME graduate course is aimed at understanding the principles and tools necessary to collect and analyze genome-wide experimental data in genomics and proteomics. The course covers interdisciplinary materials and methods encompassing gene regulation, protein interactions, linear algebra, biostatistics, etc.
BME 69600 Advanced Biomedical Engineering Topics
BME 69700 Directed Readings in Biomedical Engineering
