Biomedical Engineering Graduate Degree Program

Biomedical Engineering is an interdisciplinary program that is a joint effort of the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology and Science and the Indiana University Schools of Medicine and Dentistry on the IUPUI campus. Students pursue either a Master's in Biomedical Engineering (M.S.Bm.E.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Research

Students and faculty in Biomedical Engineering are involved in many areas of research including orthopedic biomechanics, cardiovascular instrumentation, medical and dental imaging, biomaterials, molecular engineering, imaging, biosensors, and neurosciences.
