The Orthopaedic Research Laboratories are
located in downtown Indianapolis on the main campus of
IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis).
Indianapolis is the nations 12th largest city and
is known as the 'Crossroads of America' as it is easily
accessible from a wide variety of locations. More interstate
highways bisect the city and state than any other in the
country, with half of the nations population within
a days drive. To learn more about Indianapolis and

The following is a list of apartment complexes
where current and previous post-doctoral and graduate
students have lived while studying within the Orthopaedic
Research Laboratories. Each would be suitable for prospective
students depending on their individual needs.
Lockefield
Gardens is located onsite of IUPUI and a five-minute
walk from the Orthopaedic Research Laboratories. Although
close to campus, a disadvantage is its distance from grocery
stores.
Residence
at White River is located on W. 38th St on the west
side of town. It is in a nice wooded area close to grocery
and many other stores located on 38th St. A bike trail
near the community travels along the White River all the
way to IUPUI.
Monon
Place Apartments is located on Kessler Boulevard near
Broadripple village. The apartments give easy access to
the 11-mile Monon bike and running trail.
