Located on the first floor of the Technology Building (ET), the Office of Career Services and Professional Development acts as a resource for Engineering and Technology students who wish to gain practical experience and ultimately a career in their field of study.
The office collaborates with companies throughout the world to assist students in locating paid internship, co-op, and career opportunities.
Services provided by the Office of Career Services and Professional Development include:

A graduate of Purdue University, Joshua Killey worked in human resources and recruiting for five years prior to making the transition to higher education. Josh created the Office of Career Services and Professional Development in 2007 after developing the Internship and Co-op Program into a comprehensive career services office. In addition to his Bachelor’s degree from Purdue, Josh holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University.
Career Services Specialist: Beverly Radloff
A graduate of the Organization Leadership and Supervision program at the Purdue School of
Engineering & Technology – IUPUI, Beverly Radloff worked in manufacturing quality and production
prior to changing careers to focus on human resources. In her HR career, Beverly was involved in extensive recruiting and interviewing for all levels and types of positions. She uses that experience
now as a Career Services Specialist to coach students in resume preparation, job search techniques, and interviewing skills.
