The CIT program has established 10 Program Outcomes, consistent with the ABET CAC (the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Criteria for Accrediting Computing Programs) Program Outcomes for IT programs, to ensure its graduates are equipped to accomplish the expected objectives stipulated by ABET upon graduation. These CIT Program Outcomes define the competencies each student is expected to meet upon graduation. The CIT Program Outcomes listed for each course will help students understand which competencies they are expected to have demonstrated upon completion of the course.
