What is Electrical Engineering Technology?

Electrical Engineering Technology is a hands-on program that focuses on the fundamentals and applications of electronic and electrical systems. Courses in analog and digital electronics and microprocessors, controls, circuits, power, and communications apply to a wide range of electrical products and systems, for today and tomorrow.

Careers in Electrical Engineering Technology

Graduates of the two-year Associate of Science degree program find positions in instrumentation, testing, technical management, sales, and service. Graduates of the Bachelor of Science degree program are qualified for high-level positions in industry as technologists and will in such diverse industries as automotive electronics, telecommunications, energy and power, aerospace, medical electronics, computers, broadcasting, factory automation, consumer electronics, robotics, and instrumentation.
