Campus Survival:

Write a Word document, about 2 pages in length, which lays out your schedule for this semester. Indicate how many hours you work, the number of semester hours which you are taking, how much time you spend studying, traveling to your commitments, etc. Include recreation time, personal time for eating, sleeping, grooming, …. If you attend church, or do volunteer work, include that also. Try to include every significant task taking more than ½ hour that you would do in a normal week. Indicate how much ‘disaster time’ is set aside for coping with illness, car trouble, and other unforeseen problems. Include a final statement critiquing your schedule in regard to its feasibility. If you wish, a large table can be made to show your typical schedule.
