Life is made up of natural cycles that include the end of certain things in order that new things can begin. Similarly, a healthy academic program must have cycles in place to let go of old processes and ideas that no longer bear fruit so that new growth and development can occur. We value assessment because it is one way for us to keep us "on cycle".
Our constituents - our students, faculty, alumni, potential employers of our students and alumni, and the School and University - all play important roles in the assessment process. Through our constituents' feedback we gain the information needed to build on our success, improve our weaknesses, and position ourselves to compete at the highest levels.
Thank you for the role YOU play in making our programs a success!
