Students studying within the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI, have the opportunity to live with other students enrolled in the School of Engineering and Technology.  Be sure to check out these opportunities!


Freshmen - STEM Living Learning Community at North Hall STEM Floor.

North Hall STEM Floor is a traditional co-ed residence hall for first year students under the age of 21.  Rooms include twin beds, desks, a bathroom and air conditioning. Most rooms are doubles.  North Hall also includes a fitness center, laundry room, lounge, study rooms, computer lab and a full-service dining hall.  One floor in North Hall (STEM Living Learning Community) is available for freshmen in the Schools of Engineering and Technology and Science.  Resources available to STEM Community participants include tutoring, career investigation, social and first year programs. Additionally, on the STEM Floor, is the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) wing that is exclusively for freshman females enrolled in the Schools of Engineering and Technology and Science.

Purdue House

Transfer and Continuing Students PURDUE HOUSE located in the IUPUI Apartments on the Riverwalk!

Transfer and continuing students may choose to live in Purdue House in the IUPUI Apartments on the Riverwalk.  Each apartment has either two or four individual bedrooms with full-size beds, two bathrooms, furnished living room and kitchen (including washer, dryer, and dishwasher).  There is also a 24-hour computer lab on site for students.
