What is Computer Graphics Technology?

The Computer Graphics Technology (CGT) program provides an interdisciplinary body of knowledge with elements of visual science, computer science, computer graphics, technology, and graphic design that can be applied to the creation and communication of information. CGT includes electronic publishing, multimedia development, computer aided design, and advanced graphics.

Careers in Computer Graphics Technology

Computer Graphics Technology is used in some form by nearly every industry in the world. Typical jobs include Computer Aided Design (CAD) specialist, computer animator, technical illustrator, multimedia developer, web developer, and graphic designer.
