Looking for a fun way to visit a college campus? Spend a full day with us during 1st Fridays. Get an opportunity to visit the Purdue School of Engineering & Technology and IUPUI in an exciting way. Each of the 1st Friday’s are open to individuals, groups and entire classes. Each day will focus on different discipline areas and consist of interactive hands on sessions, a campus tour and lunch.  POWERbots FIRST Team
POWERbots is a spin-off from the POWER (Preparing Outstanding Women for Engineering Roles) camp that Rolls-Royce and IUPUI sponsor this past summer, and the Indiana Robotics Invitational that hosted the campers, introducing them to FIRST. For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (FIRST) Robotics Competition is a unique varsity sport of the mind, designed to help high-school-aged young people discover how interesting and rewarding the life of engineering and technology can be. ...more
 Purdue House
Purdue House is a housing community on the IUPUI campus open to School of Engineering and Technology students. Freshman through graduate level students are housed together providing excellent opportunities for a wide array of interaction and peer mentoring. Planned social activities as well as organized mentoring activities are available to Purdue House residents. A 24 hour computer lab with relevant software for engineering and technology study is available within a common area of Purdue House for resident use. Each Purdue House resident has a private bedroom within a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Best of all Purdue House residents receive 10% off!
