A. Student's full name
B. Student's 10-digit Univeristy ID number
C. Semester in which the hold is to be released
D. Signature of department chair or the student's advisor
E. Date the form was signed
Holds can be found via OneStart. Each hold produces a list of every department that has a hold on the student's
record. The link provided will show details about the
hold and provides a method (phone number or e-mail address) for
releasing the hold. Students must contact each department on the list and take
action to release each hold before registration will be possible.
Allow 24 hours for Bursar holds to be released.
