Goals
Competition is only part of the game. There are hundreds of hours of work involved in just getting an engine and four wheels to talk to each other. The main focus of the IUPUI Formula Racing team for the 2009 season will be to build a car for competition based on the knowledge gained from our engineering classes such as statics, vehicle dynamics, materials, and manufacturing processes. Using test data and vehicle failure analysis, the team will design and build the car to compete in the FSAE competition.
