The Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs that prepare students for careers in a global economy and is recognized locally, nationally, and internationally for the quality of its programs and graduates.
Engineering and Technology offers entire degree programs in the form of: Certificate programs, Associate Degrees, Bachelor Degrees, Master Degrees, and Ph.Ds.
The American Society of Engineering Education published its 2010 Profiles of Engineering & Engineering Technology Colleges in the USA. Based on this report, IUPUI has earned the following distinctions:
- IUPUI is second in the USA in the number of Engineering Technology bachelor’s degrees awarded.
- IUPUI is first in the USA in the number of Engineering Technology bachelor’s degrees awarded to women.
- IUPUI has been named among the 30 best non-Historically Black Colleges and Universities for minorities in the United States by Diverse: Issues in Higher Education, May 2013.
