Nicola Fricke joined TASI in spring 2009 after completing her doctorate in Cognitive and Ergonomic
Psychology . Her doctoral research was conducted as a member of the
research training group
Prometei
(Prospective design of
human-technology interaction) at the Center of
Human-Machine Systems at the Technische Universität Berlin (TUB). Her
research interests include design and evaluation of driver assistance
systems for automobiles. While at TUB, she worked on
industry-sponsored research projects with Robert Bosch GmbH and with
Volkswagen Group Research.

Jeff Sears, Lab Technician

Jeff Sears has been with IUPUI for 15
years in the role of Lab Technician for the Electrical and
Computer Engineering Department. Before joining IUPUI he worked
in electronics, electrical, and mechanical assembly and repair
for International Laser Corp., a manufacturer of laser machine
tools; Alpine, manufacturer of car stereos; and Sentinel
Monitoring, a medical equipment manufacturer. |
