Mapping of Memory: RAM
The default address of the 1-Kbyte of RAM is is 0x0800.
Ram can be reassigned to any 2-Kbyte boundary within the 64-Kbyte address space and ocupies the first 1-Kbyte thereof.
Bits 7 through 3 of INITRM (0x0010) specify the most-significant five bits of locations in RAM.
INITRM can be read any time but written only once in normal modes (any time in special modes).
