(*) These problems are not to be turned in. The list is rather long, but it is intended that ME students skip those problems that require EE background beyond what they have and vice versa. It is worth looking at such problems carefully before deciding to skip them as you may find that you know more than you think and can consolidate what you know by working a problem.
