Tips
|
|
·
Make
sure the eggs are not boiled for too long otherwise the egg yolk gets too
hard. ·
Running
cold water over the eggs makes it easier for the shell to be removed from the
eggs. ·
For
vegetarians the eggs can be substituted with drumsticks(murungakkai). The
drumsticks should be sautéed with onion and tomatoes. ·
By adding ½ cup of water the drumsticks get boiled well. ·
The
drumsticks give a very good flavor too. ·
The
same dish can be prepared with a lot of ripe tomatoes instead of eggs. ·
Coconut
can be avoided if needed. |
