The following survey deals with color symbolism. I am working toward a doctorate degree in Instructional Systems Technology. I would appreciate it if you would take a few minutes to complete this survey and return it via the Send Test button at the end of the survey. I am interested in this area for several reasons:

• As I searched the World Wide Web for information on this topic, I found that there was very little information available.
• Research has shown that color enhances the communication process.
• Research has shown that color contributes to the effectiveness of written and oral presentations.
• Research has shown that color enhances the learning process.
• Research has shown that color is fundamental to virtually every facet of life.

Since we are beginning to present more and more educational material via the global environment of the World Wide Web, I have become interested in the symbolism of color and how it is perceived around the world. I am interested in answering the question "Are there colors which are preceived as representing similar feelings world wide?" I thank you for your participation in the following survey:
